The Storage building shall be a 160 m2 rectangular building with concrete floor containing two separate storage areas. A minimum of (2) overhead doors and (3) man doors are to be provided for the storage building. The storage’s minimum floor to underside of structure and building system’s clear height shall be 4 meters
