Project Brief:
The Maintenance shop is a two-story building. There are maintenance shop, offices, washroom and utility room on the main level; and staff lunchroom, equipment storage space and a paint storage room on the upper level. The Storage Shed is a single-story building for storage. The new Administration Building will be a 2-story building, Group D office occupancy with a total floor area of around 1,320 m2
